InnStyle was born from a simple belief held by owners Maurice and Corine: events can be so much more than standard meetings or outings. What if you literally and figuratively get people moving? What if the message and experience reinforce each other so much that guests are still enthusiastically sharing what they experienced months later?

That conviction led to the start at the Maarsseveense Plassen in 1996, initially offering canoe rentals for those seeking outdoor activities. However, over time they noticed that their guests also craved more depth - genuine connection alongside the activity. This insight evolved into a complete and unique location where indoors and outdoors merge.

Soon, alongside private guests, companies also came knocking, seeking genuine and fully catered experiences. Moments that connect, inspire, and linger. A place that, over 30 years later, still operates from that same conviction.

From that initial start, we have grown into what InnStyle is today: a team that knows better than anyone what it takes to organize a great event. It requires attention, direction, and a location that makes a difference. That’s why InnStyle offers not only an inspiring space but also a comprehensive approach that ensures both tranquility and results.

What makes us most proud is organizing events that participants truly leave with a different experience. We do this every day, with a team of driven, hospitality-minded employees.

With experience at dozens of different venues, Maurice and Corine could see ever more clearly what was missing. Clients were asking for more: more attention to their message, more flexibility, more memorable experiences, more quality. And above all: more cohesion between everything. But above all, they saw the frustration. Venues where clients’ needs did not come first.

Where rigidity took precedence over hospitality. Maurice and Corine wanted a different approach: a place where the client and their message truly come first.

The conclusion was clear: we would develop our own venue where everything comes together. A place where indoors and outdoors blend seamlessly. Where genuine connections are formed, both alongside and during team-building activities.
That insight grew into a complex and ambitious plan: the first development at the Maarsseveense Plassen.

From those early beginnings, they have grown into what InnStyle is today: a team that knows better than anyone how much goes into organising a successful event. It takes care, coordination and a venue that makes a difference. That is why InnStyle offers not only an inspiring setting, but also a comprehensive approach that brings peace of mind and delivers results.

What makes us proudest? Organising events that inspire and move guests, leaving them genuinely changed as they drive home. That is what we work on every day: making tomorrow’s event better than today’s. And we do this together with our team of dedicated, hospitality-minded staff and specialist partners and suppliers.
