Build strong teams
Tailored teambuilding
A strong team is not formed in the meeting room, but in motion. And that’s exactly what we do at InnStyle: we get people moving, both literally and figuratively. From active outdoor challenges to inspiringworkshopsby the water – with us, you experience team building in a way that energizes and leaves a lasting impact.
Combine your program with a delicious lunch or a closing drink and experience how connection and collaboration come about naturally. We take care of everything; you just need to enjoy a day full of growth, fun, and new insights.

InnSide-Out Quiz
1.5 - 3.5 hours
Land
Water
A dynamic program that challenges both your team's intellect and athleticism! Combine the fun of a pub quiz with sporty team-building activities. The goal is to answer as many questions correctly as possible, so you can complete the corresponding tasks as quickly as you can. It's not just about 'the brains', but also about your physical effort!
Vasco da Game
2 - 3 hours
Country
Water
The ultimate mix between Expedition Robinson and Who is the Mole. Teams compete in strength tests, fire-making, and coordination challenges. Strategic insight, teamwork, and a healthy dose of courage are needed to survive eliminations and reach the finale. Exciting until the last second!
Team Spirit Games
1.5 - 3 hours
Country
Water
Here you see it happening: colleagues encouraging each other, teams going through fire for one another, and that one colleague surprising themselves with what they can achieve. Our Team Spirit Games combine the best of both worlds - the energy of classic beach sports with the unique setting of the Maarsseveense Plassen. Beach volleyball on our sandy beach, ultimate frisbee on our green peninsula, beach soccer or tennis with a view over the water. It's not (always) about winning. It's about those moments when teams truly get to know each other.
